What Youll Do
- Provide expert nursing care during surgical procedures in a fast-paced trauma environment
- Circulate OR cases including Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, Spine, and General Surgery
- Collaborate closely with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate patient records in EPIC electronic health records system
- Adapt to variable shift scheduling including days/evenings, and call coverage
- Support a diverse caseload including trauma, robotic, laparoscopic, and specialized surgeries
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Nursing License in Ohio or eligible to practice in Ohio
- At least 2 years of OR RN experience, preferably in Level 1 trauma centers
- EPIC and BLS certifications
Preferred:
- Experience with ENT, GU, Plastics, Burns surgeries
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to variable shift requirements

This assignment takes place at a prestigious Level 1 Trauma Center in Columbus, Ohio, featuring an 18-bed Operating Room performing a variety of complex surgeries. The OR team is dedicated to providing high-quality surgical care in a demanding environment, emphasizing teamwork and professionalism.
