What Youll Do:- Provide high-quality nursing care in the operating room during complex surgical procedures, including neurosurgery, spine, orthopedic, and general surgeries.
- Assist with pre-operative preparations and post-operative recovery.
- Support a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced surgical environment.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures.
- Adhere to hospital policies, infection control, and safety standards.
- Document patient care accurately in EPIC (preferred).
- Participate in on-call rotations and weekend shifts as required.
What You Need:- Valid Ohio RN license.
- Minimum of 3 years OR or surgical nursing experience.
- Experience with Level I Trauma and neuro cases preferred.
- Strong skills in patient assessment, surgical support, and team communication.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and on-call shifts.
