Our client, a large hospital located about 30 mins from Fayetteville, NC, has a need for a Surgical Services Manager to join their team. Must have a BSN, HOSPITAL Surgical Services experience and some leadership experience.

The Unit Manager is a nurse leader who provides direction, planning, implementing and coordinating patient care for assigned area on a 24-hour basis. He/she maintains current knowledge regarding techniques, skills, current practices, and regulations for the age and populations of patients served. He/she manages all personnel, supplies, and equipment necessary to facilitate quality patient care. Also functions as a Staff RN occasionally.

  • EDUCATION, CREDENTIALS, TRAINING and EXPERIENCE:
    • Minimum Required:
      1. Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
      1. Currently licensed as an RN in North Carolina.
      1. BSN required.
      1. Minimum of 3-5 years recent clinical nursing experience in hospital surgical services
      1. Demonstrated supervisory skills.

Eligible for up to a 10% management bonus.
