Role Summary
The West Palm Beach Lounge Operating Partner is the business owner and strategic leader of one of PopStroke’s most unique hospitality concepts. A premium rooftop pool, VIP lounge, sushi destination, and social venue designed to drive day-to-night guest experiences.
This leader is responsible for full operational ownership of:
- Rooftop pool
- VIP lounge
- Sushi program
- Pool deck activation
- Events and nightlife programming
- Staffing and talent development
- Revenue generation
- Community awareness
- Membership and repeat guest growth
This is not a traditional restaurant or venue operator role.
This role encompasses hospitality, lifestyle, sales, and operations leadership, requiring the creation of a destination venue that stays active, profitable, and culturally relevant all week and maximizes traffic during nights and weekends.
The ideal leader thinks entrepreneurially, operates efficiently, and builds this venue into one of Palm Beach’s premier social destinations.

Key Responsibilities
Full Venue Ownership
- Lead all aspects of Palm Beach Lounge operations
- Oversee rooftop pool, VIP lounge, sushi, and upstairs deck
- Manage day-to-day business execution
- Build and optimize venue profitability
- Ensure all spaces are occupied and revenue-generating
- Create seamless premium guest experiences
- Maintain luxury hospitality standards
Sales, Events & Revenue Growth
- Own event programming strategy
- Drive:
