Operating Partners work closely with investment teams and portfolio company leadership to accelerate performance, execute strategic initiatives, and drive operational improvements post-investment.
The role blends senior operational leadership, strategic execution, and advisory responsibilities, often spanning multiple portfolio companies and investment stages.
Partner with portfolio company executives to drive operational improvements and value creation initiatives
Lead and support strategic planning, execution, and performance management across portfolio companies
Identify operational risks, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities
Support post-acquisition integration and transformation initiatives
Advise on organizational design, talent strategy, and leadership development
Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and operating cadences
Provide hands-on support in areas such as go-to-market strategy, pricing, cost optimization, and scaling operations
Collaborate with investment teams on pre- and post-deal operational diligence
Serve as a trusted advisor to CEOs, boards, and senior leadership teams
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Senior operating experience in executive, general management, or functional leadership roles
Background in private equity portfolio operations, management consulting, or high-growth companies preferred
Strong understanding of business operations, P&L management, and performance improvement
Proven ability to lead change, influence executives, and drive measurable results
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
High level of judgment, ownership, and strategic thinking
