    Responsibilities Review and process invoices and related cover sheets from various departments and input all data in accounting system (SAP R3)Preparing operational expenditure payment batchReviewing and verifying expense reports for various departments to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company policiesReconciling operational expense accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepanciesManaging prepaid expense, accrued expense and accrued account scheduleManaging and tracking corporate fixed asset with depreciation scheduleManaging, monitoring and reconciling operational support inventoryPerforming monthly, quarterly, and annual closingPreparing and analyzing financial statements related to operation expenses, including balance sheets and income statementsAnalyze spending trends and variances to identify areas for cost reduction or improvementOther special projects as assigned. (Candidate's equivalent experience and accounting principle knowledge may be considered instead of the degree requirement.)3-5 years' experience in an applicable field is required.
