Neighborhood Sushi is bringing an elevated sushi and cocktail experience to Dallas blending Japanese-inspired cuisine, Texas flavors, beautiful design, and warm hospitality in a vibrant new space.
We re looking for energetic, hospitality-driven Bartenders to join our opening team and help create an unforgettable guest experience from behind the bar.

What You ll Do
- Craft cocktails, beer, wine, and beverage service with consistency and care
- Create a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere for guests
- Provide friendly, attentive service with a strong sense of urgency
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and bar standards throughout service
- Communicate with the team to deliver a seamless guest experience
What We re Looking For
- 1+ year bartending experience preferred
- Active TABC Certification required
- Strong communication and hospitality skills
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team mindset
