Responsibilities

  • Host engaging open houses that generate leads and expand your professional network.
  • Welcome visitors, build rapport, and confidently turn conversations into business opportunities.
  • Showcase homes while educating buyers on property features and neighborhood advantages.
  • Consistently follow up with prospects to convert leads into appointments and long-term clients.
  • Learn to guide buyers through the home buying process with mentorship from experienced agents.
  • Assist with preparing offers and negotiations while developing your transaction expertise.
  • Generate new business using proven lead generation systems, scripts, and best practices.
  • Participate in weekly coaching, script practice, and accountability sessions designed to accelerate your growth.
  • Track client communication, activities, and follow-up using PLACE Technology.
  • Collaborate with a high-performing team that believes success is built through consistency and shared support.
