Job Duties: Provide administrative and operational support to the Managing Partner and management team Serve as the first point of contact for agents and clients Greet visitors and maintain a professional front desk environment Answer and direct incoming phone calls Coordinate accounts payable and accounts receivable activities Process agent payment requests and operational expenses Reconcile purchase cards Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Distribute correspondence in accordance with regulatory guidelines Coordinate conference room scheduling and meeting preparation Assist with facility management and maintenance requests Troubleshoot basic office and local network issues Coordinate onboarding resources for new agents Complete fingerprinting administration for candidates Prepare reports and complete additional administrative tasks as assigned**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.****Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.**
