Onsite Mobility Specialist | Rocky Hill, Connecticut
Long-term contract-to-hire position paying $25/hr, 100% onsite, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and troubleshoot mobile and endpoint devices managed via Microsoft Intune, including Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS
- Provision, configure, enroll, and decommission devices using Intune, Autopilot, and enrollment tools
- Manage device policies, compliance, security features, and application deployment
- Respond to incidents, monitor device health, and ensure security standards are met
- Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams, document processes, and support device disposal
- Assist with device procurement, inventory, and participate in user training and mobility RFPs
- Support mobility-related service requests and manage related communications
Qualifications
- 4-5 years IT support experience focused on mobility management
- Knowledge of ServiceNow and strong expertise in Microsoft Intune and MDM concepts
- Experience supporting iOS and Android devices, troubleshooting hardware/software issues
- Familiarity with Apple device tools, Okta platform, and supporting enterprise mobility workflows
