Responsible for the deployment, field support, and help desk support of the SecureView accredited cross domain software.Job DutiesResponsible for the operational maintenance, support and upgrades for operating systems, workstations and serversUnder minimal supervision, performs software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packagesActs as the SME for assessments and provides Tier 4 support for the SecureView implementationDevelops and executes test plans for hardware/software validation and performance analysisProvides user familiarization trainingPerforms in-depth triage and investigation of issuesConducts hardware and software audits of workstations and servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelinesDevelops installation, testing and other technical documentation and diagramsMaintains infrastructure, including all hardware and software, for SecureView implementationSupports customer callsJob RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Computer Engineering or a related field of study.
