Job Title: Onsite Delivery Lead Full Stack .NET Developer (React & Mobile)

Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite Local Candidates Only)

Duration: 6 Months

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack .NET Developer to join our team as an Onsite Delivery Lead. This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in backend development using C#/.NET, frontend development with React.js, and cross-platform mobile application development using .NET MAUI. The position also requires hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and serverless architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using C# .NET Core/.NET Framework.
Build and enhance responsive web applications using React.js.
Develop and support cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS using .NET MAUI.
Design and implement scalable serverless solutions using AWS Lambda and related AWS services.
Work with SQL Server to design, optimize, and maintain database solutions.
Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms, including SSO and RBAC.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to event-driven, cloud-native application design.

Required Skills

Strong experience with C# .NET Core/.NET Framework and REST API development.
Hands-on experience with React.js, including Hooks, Context API, functional components, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Experience developing cross-platform mobile applications using .NET MAUI.
Strong knowledge of SQL Server.
Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda and serverless application development.
Good understanding of event-driven architecture.
Experience with authentication and authorization technologies, including SSO and RBAC.
Experience using Azure DevOps, Git repositories, and CI/CD pipelines.
Working knowledge of AWS services including API Gateway, EventBridge, CloudWatch, S3, EC2, and Application Load Balancer.

Preferred Skills

Experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service.
Knowledge of mobile application performance optimization.
Understanding of retry mechanisms and Dead Letter Queue (DLQ) patterns.
Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Event Sourcing.
