We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Online Data Research Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position that will support our operations by conducting online research and data entry tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct online research to gather information on potential clients, competitors, and industry trends
- Organize and maintain databases by entering data accurately and efficiently
- Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns and trends
- Prepare reports and presentations based on research findings
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects
- Continuously identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to enhance data management processes
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years of experience in data research or a similar role
- Proficient in online research and data entry
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience with data management software is a plus
- Familiarity with the senior care industry is a plus
