In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting client and employee data into our online database. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input client and employee information into our online database
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entered
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
- Identify and resolve any data discrepancies or errors
- Communicate with team members to ensure data is up to date and accurate
- Assist with data clean-up and organization projects as needed
- Keep up to date with company policies and procedures related to data input and management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
