We're currently looking for a OneStream Specialist that can bring attention to detail, strong work ethics and organizational skills to our team and organization. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a positive attitude who will focus on getting the job done in an efficient and effective manner in a deadline sensitive environment.
Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on OneStream Administrator to support our FP&A and finance teams in managing and enhancing our financial system's environment. This role will play a key part in onboarding new portfolio companies, maintaining financial structures, and ensuring accurate, scalable reporting across a complex investment platform.
Responsibilities
OneStream Administration & FP&A Support
Partner closely with FP&A to support day-to-day OneStream activities
Build and onboard new portfolio companies into OneStream, including:
Entity setup
Financial package development
Metadata and dimensional configuration
Maintain and enhance the platform, including:
Adding and mapping new GL accounts
Updating hierarchies and metadata
Creating and maintaining Cube Views and dashboards
Support ongoing reporting needs, including recurring and ad hoc financial packages
System Maintenance & Enhancements
Entity Structures & Consolidation Support
