Compensation: $26–$32/hr. The starting pay is based on licensure, skill set, and years of experience.

VCA Midwest Veterinary Referral & Emergency Center is expanding our Medical Oncology service and seeking a full-time Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our growing team.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with chemotherapy administration and safety protocols
  • Support oncology patient appointments, treatments, and follow-up care
  • Obtain and prepare laboratory samples (blood, urine, cytology, etc.)
  • Perform radiographs and assist with diagnostic procedures
  • Provide compassionate client education and support
  • Maintain accurate medical records and treatment logs
  • Collaborate with the Oncology team and other specialty departments to provide outstanding patient care
