Qualifications
Education and Training • Graduate of an approved school of nursing. • Meets all mandatory developmental and performance competency requirements for Orlando Health and unit/department.
Licensure and Certification • Maintains current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Florida or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC). • Maintains current BLS (Basic Life Support) Healthcare Provider certification. • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), and TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) are required for certain areas.
