  • Types of Cases: Adult, Geriatric; 65% benign hematology, 35% malignant oncology
  • Credentialing: 60 Days

Minimum Requirements

  • Board Certified Hematology & Oncology
  • Certifications: BLS, DEA
  • Licensure: Active South Carolina license required, will accept providers needing to obtain a state license
