Job Summary:
The Med-Surg Oncology RN is responsible for providing high-quality care to oncology patients. This
role involves critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills. You will

Salary Range:
- $27.72 per hour (up to 5 years of experience)
- $33.00 per hour (up to 10 years of experience)
- $36.30 per hour (up to 15 years of experience)
- $39.60 per hour (15+ years of experience)
Shift Differentials:
- $3.00 for nights
- $2.00 for weekends
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 (case-by-case basis)

Shifts Available:
Days (7 AM - 7 PM) with rotating weekends
Nights (7 PM - 7 AM) with rotating weekends
Patient Ratio: 1:5 - 1:6
Requirements:
- 1 year of recent RN experience (acute care experience strongly preferred, LTAC experience considered)
- Florida RN license or appropriate compact licensure (active FL RN license required within 90 days of hire if holding a compact license)
- Current BLS certification
- ACLS certification preferred (required within 6 months of hire)
- BSN preferred
Responsibilities:
- Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation
- Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team
- Analyze assessment data to determine diagnosis or issues
- Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation
- Act as an advocate for patient safety
- Ensure effective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment
- Educate patients regarding their medications, procedures, and treatments, providing patients and their families with support throughout their stay
