Job Summary/Basic Functions

This position is required for registry routine operations and supported by federal funding from the NCI-SEER Program and CDC-NPCR Program. This person has a CTR and experience with cancer registration. This person can perform case finding, abstracting, and editing and consolidation independently.

Minimum Qualifications

Required Education: Bachelor''s

Certifications or Licenses Required: Certified Tumor Registrar (CTR)

Number of years required to perform the job: One

Type of experience required to perform the job: Experience as an ODS-C (Formerly CTR)

Substitution: Two additional years as an ODS-C, cancer registry experience, and an associate degree along with ODS certification can substitute for the bachelor's degree
