Onboarding Specialist

Legacy Staffing has partnered with a world-class hospital in Cleveland, OH to hire an Onboarding Coordinator.  This is a first shift opportunity with a starting pay of $16/hour.  This role focuses on creating a seamless and positive onboarding experience for new caregivers from pre-hire through their first day. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-service oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while ensuring compliance with onboarding requirements and maintaining accurate employee records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and facilitate new caregiver onboarding appointments from pre-hire through day one.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to candidates and new caregivers throughout the onboarding process.
• Schedule appointments, send confirmations, and conduct follow-ups to ensure onboarding requirements are completed on time.
• Process I-9 documentation and perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain professional, timely communication with candidates, new hires, and internal stakeholders.
• Support onboarding operations at the main campus and assist at CCAC locations as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous administrative, onboarding, recruiting, human resources, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance standards.
