Salary Range: $38000.00 - $45000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Manage the full onboarding process for all new clients
- Review policies for accuracy and completeness before binding
- Ensure all documents, signatures, and payments are completed correctly
- Proactively communicate with clients during onboarding
- Coordinate between sales and service teams for smooth transitions
- Set expectations with clients on billing, coverage, and next steps
- Identify cross-sell and coverage gap opportunities
- Maintain clean and accurate CRM/agency management system records
Requirements
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License REQUIRED (or willing to obtain license)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of service requests
Client-first mindset with a focus on retention
