Onboarding Coordinator - Physician Recruitment Responsibilities: Coordinate and execute comprehensive onboarding programs for new providers to ensure a smooth transition into the organization. Develop and manage detailed onboarding itineraries tailored to providers across multiple specialties. Communicate directly with incoming providers to schedule onboarding timelines, and confirm start dates Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, credentialing, IT, and clinical departments) to ensure all onboarding requirements are completed in a timely manner. Provide administrative support and office management for the Director of Physician Recruitment to include, but not limited to: Maintain physician, resident, and medical student tracking systems Maintain expense records by updating spreadsheets and reconciling company credit card statements Coordinate travel arrangements for provider visits Maintain inventory of supplies and recruitment materials Attend pertinent weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting Source potential provider candidates daily using all platforms available Curate and coordinate welcome materials for incoming providers, including pre-arrival placement of welcome gifts in hotel room/Airbnb Assist the director in the effective coordination and organization of special functions and projects within the department, local community and region Attend regional and national recruitment events as needed Check voicemails daily Performance Standards: Organization Wide Maintains a professional image. Makes a conscientious effort to help maintain a clean, safe and secure environment. Assumes responsibility for institutional requirements. Customer Service Interpersonal skills Demonstrates pride in the organization Strives to work well as a team member Demonstrates effective implementation of clerical skill Communications Department activities Provides administrative support and office management for the Director of Physician Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Exhibit superior customer service skills. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with employees at all levels within the organization and the general public. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database systems. Must be self-motivated and able to work without constant supervision. Ability to work accurately and effectively under time pressures and constraints. Because of extremely confidential and sensitive information, employee must exercise discretion at all times to keep all information confidential. Employee is required to stand, walk, sit and use a computer. May occasionally be required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Some travel is required.
