About the Organization:
Informed by lessons learned as the world’s largest and oldest peacebuilding organization, Common Ground-USA (CG-USA) is a bold initiative of Search for Common Ground (Search) building the conditions for a more inclusive, equitable, and peaceful society. We envision an America where we engage in collaboration across differences to address our greatest challenges, and where we can all belong and thrive. We see disagreement as an opportunity to transform conflict into cooperation on our daily and most pernicious problems.
Program Background:
Common Ground USA is building a team of videographers to capture programming events in our main programming locations: Orlando, Fl; New Orleans, LA; Washington, DC; Pennsylvania; and Texas. These events will range from our signature dining events, Common Ground Gatherings, to local programming run by our Resilient States Project (RSP) teams. The scope of each video will vary depending on the event, and the videographer will need to partner with the team to understand the full scope of the event. The Videographer will capture event b-roll and interviews, develop scripts for recap and donor videos, and create final video products. They will partner closely with the Senior Manager, Public Engagement, as well as other internal stakeholders and external vendors as needed.
