THE JOB

Responsible for performing highly diversified duties and processes to support the achievement of the venue's business goals and objectives.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

Works directly with the venue leadership or Operations Manager to perform day of show duties Assists in the setup and tear down of 100% of the venue's assets for all events - Chairs, tables, tents, signage, etc. Performs regular preventive and general maintenance around the site, buildings, including painting, cleaning, landscaping and Misc. Projects. Responds to or elevates staff/guest inquiries and or concerns regarding all shows, artist meet and greet packages, amenities, as well as our VIP program and seat upgrades Performs opening/running/closing duties according to Live Nation policy Maintains line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area and reporting any issues encountered Keeps current on all Standard Operating Procedures and be able to effectively communicate them to team members Diagnoses safety issues around the site, helps prevent potential safety hazards Detects and/or responds to faulty operations, defective material and reports those and any unusual situations to proper supervision Complies with safety regulations and maintains clean and orderly work areas If applicable, drives forklift and/or other company vehicles and completes all required tasks that fall under those positions Assists with venue setup/event conversions Additional tasks as requested by management.

The expected compensation for this position is: $19.29 USD - $20.00 USD Hourly

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
