Kinema Fitness is seeking an On-Demand Front Desk Associate to assist in the operations of a high-end corporate fitness center in Nashville, TN on an on-demand basis. We are seeking an individual that has strong communication skills and a love and passion for wellness. 

The ideal candidate has a flexible schedule and is able to cover front desk shifts for the General Manager and Fitness Manager as needed.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create a culture of excellent customer service similar to luxury hospitality, that is tailored to the needs of the members and client.
• Assist with daily responsibilities and tasks.
• Registering prospective members and assisting them.
• Providing information on classes and availability
• Handling questions regarding memberships
• Ensuring the safety and security of visitors, members and staff at all times, and taking a responsible attitude towards maintaining the premises and facilities of the Fitness Center.

Requirements:

• Valid CPR/AED certification

Pay: $20/hour
