Capolinea is our signature fine\-dining restaurant, with a menu spanning traditional Italian and contemporary American cuisines, including delectable handmade pastas, prime\-cut steaks and tableside martini service\.Ideal candidate has at least 2 years of serving experience in an upscale, fine dining restaurant\. Strong steps of service and beverage knowledge required\.**Shift Pattern:** typical shifts from 3\-11pm\.
