Job Title On-Call MSK Lab Supervisor Job Summary

The On-Call MSK Lab Supervisor will provide essential support for the Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Program by assisting faculty and students during hands-on training sessions, maintaining lab equipment, and ensuring a safe and organized learning environment.

Job Duties

  • Assist instructor with the lab operations.
  • Support instructional and clinical objectives of the MSK curriculum.
  • Help to ensure lab activities align with program goals and industry best practices.
  • Help manage ultrasound and laboratory equipment.
  • Assist in scheduling student practice sessions.
  • Assist instructor during lab-based instruction.
  • Help maintain a safe, organized, and effective learning environment.
  • Help clean laboratories after use and restore them back to their original state.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's degree from an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program (CAAHEP preferred).
  • ARDMS credentialed with RMSKS (Registered Musculoskeletal Sonographer) certification.
  • Three (3) years of experience working with Musculoskeletal ultrasound.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

  • Writing Skills: Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

The employee will regularly move to 10 lbs., occasionally up to 30 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and depth perception.

Salary $30/hour Work Hours 3-4 hours/week (Thursdays, 6-9pm)
