Position Purpose

Positions assist the Director of Tickets and their designees in ticket operations for the Santa Clara University Athletic Department. Responsibilities vary, but include greeting patrons and selling or distributing tickets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Be a representative of Santa Clara University.• o Be gracious and welcoming to all patrons of our events.• o Respond to requests politely and quickly.• o Always behave, dress, and act in an upstanding manner.• Fulfill their assigned duties with professionalism.• o Serve as ticket seller or pass list manager at athletics events.• o Understand and be clear of your role at the event.• o Understand and abide by any applicable NCAA or WCC rules.• o Work with event administrator with any problems.• o Assist with crowd control issues and other urgent requests.• Other duties as assigned
