The Early Childhood On-Call Staff will assist the Early Childhood Teacher and School Age Programs/ Kid Zone holiday tent in performing classroom duties. Essential Responsibilities:Provide classroom support and substitute teaching when a teacher is absent, demonstrating flexibility by moving between classrooms as needed. Use knowledge of best practices and CREATE policies to assist the Early Childhood Teacher in planning, administering, and assessing a developmentally appropriate curriculum, ensuring the care, safety, and welfare of children and their families. Assist in writing and submitting weekly lesson plans and maintaining detailed records on children, including anecdotal and health records, while keeping the Director informed of special needs or unusual behaviors.
