An on-call Cook prepares, cooks, and plates food items according to recipes and safety standards on an as-needed, flexible basis. They support kitchen teams during busy periods or staff shortages, requiring strong adaptability, knowledge of food safety (HACCP), and the ability to work in fast-paced environments. An on-call Food Service Worker prepares and serves food, operates cash registers, and maintains sanitation standards on an as-needed or flexible basis. They are responsible for tasks like washing/peeling food, cleaning equipment, and assisting with service, often working short-notice shifts. Key skills include adhering to safety guidelines and providing friendly customer service.Flexible schedule, you're not locked into fixed hours.
