As a Vice President in the Talent Partnerships and Culture team, you will lead end-to-end talent relations workstreams-from opportunity intake and talent strategy through deal execution, deliverable management, content creation and activation, and post-program measurement. You will drive strong operating discipline and stakeholder partnership, ensuring programs advance brand and business priorities while protecting the firm and strengthening long-term talent relationships. You will also help manage relationships that extend beyond the Olympic and Paralympic Games, as many athlete partners support broader sports and athlete initiatives across the firm.
