We're Hiring: Oligonucleotide Scientist (Entry-Level)!

We are seeking a motivated entry-level Oligonucleotide Scientist to join our innovative research team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, synthesis, and characterization of oligonucleotides for therapeutic and diagnostic applications, working with cutting-edge technologies in nucleic acid chemistry.

Location: Cambridge, United States
⏰ Work Mode: Work From Office
Role: Oligonucleotide Scientist (Entry-Level)
Pay Scale: $47, 357 – $59, 210 (Dependent on Experience)

What You'll Do:
∙ Support oligonucleotide synthesis method development, optimization and scale-up
∙ Support downstream processing method development
∙ Execution of in-process analytical testing
∙ Working with research and process scientists to develop robust processes for novel chemistries

What We're Looking For:
∙ BS in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with 0-3 years of lab experience, preferably in an industrial setting.
∙ Basic understanding of analytical techniques (pH, osmolality, conductivity measurement, HPLC, LC-MS etc.).
∙ Related hands-on experience is preferred.
∙ Knowledge of oligonucleotide manufacture process including phosphoramidite chemistry, chromatography,
ultrafiltration etc. is a plus.
∙ Experience in record-keeping and excellent laboratory documentation practice are required.
