This role is for a Business Analyst or Consultant in a growing Consulting, IT, and Back Office Outsourcing firm serving the upstream and midstream energy markets.
Candidates will leverage customer service, management, and oil and gas experience to deliver cost-effective solutions and drive client success.
The position involves participating in projects such as ERP implementations, mergers and acquisitions, software selections, and data analytics.
Responsibilities include interacting with clients, applying industry best practices, facilitating meetings, managing project activities, and developing training materials.
Travel up to 50% across North America may be required. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years of consulting or software implementation experience, proficiency with Visio and Excel, and familiarity with analytical tools like PowerBI or Tableau. Experience with Python is preferred. Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
