We are hiring an Assistant Shop Manager to join our growing team.
Experience is valued but not required, as we provide paid training on shop operations, auto services, and leadership skills.
As an ASM, you will
- deliver excellent customer service, process payments, and assist with light auto maintenance
- step in for the Shop Manager when needed
- manage daily shop floor operations, inventory, and cleanliness
- train new team members
- perform oil changes and other light services
Ideal candidates are people-oriented, driven, and positive. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds, working in various weather conditions, and maneuvering in tight spaces.
