The Heartland Roadshow is seeking a reliable, hands-on team member to support our daily office operations. This is an active, physical role that combines elements of warehouse support, facilities upkeep, and general operations assistance.
If you enjoy staying busy, working on your feet, and taking ownership of keeping a workspace running smoothly, this role is a great fit.
Full-Time: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $20.00 per hour (with paid on-site training)
Unload and move daily shipments (including boxes from delivery trucks such as UPS)
Transport inventory and materials between office locations
Break down and dispose of cardboard and packing materials
Maintain clean, organized workspaces (trash removal, vacuuming, surface cleaning, etc.)
Assist with sorting and staging product and inventory
Support basic inventory tracking and movement logging
Respond to day-to-day operational needs and assist teams as needed
Ability to lift, carry, and move boxes regularly throughout the day
Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods
Willingness to handle a variety of tasks—this is a “jump in where needed” role
Ability to work at a steady pace in a fast-moving environment
Experience in warehouse, facilities, maintenance, moving, or similar hands-on roles strongly preferred
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with good organizational habits
Consistent work history
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
