Seeking a polished, customer focused professional to support Reception, Hospitality, and Office Services for a law firm environment.Responsibilities: Greeting guests and visitors Answering and forwarding calls Booking conference rooms and visiting offices Ordering pre-packed meals Setting up catering and beverages Maintaining conference rooms and kitchen spaces Providing additional support with mail, shipping, copying, scanning, and office supply ordering Working closely with onsite staff and the Operations team Serving as the first point of contact for Office Operations and Facilities requestsRequirements: Excellent verbal and written communication Strong time-management and prioritization skills Professional appearance and demeanor Self-motivated, quick learner, and consistent performer Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; moderate walking/sitting required Flexibility for early or late weekday shifts as needed Experience in Office Operations, Hotelling, Business Office environments, or law firms preferredMetasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
