DESCRIPTION
The Office Support Specialist will manage walk in customers and the day-to-day operations of the location and will be expected to work closely with all departments to serve customer needs and support operations as needed to grow the business. Accounting experience preferred.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES may include:
Answer calls from sales representatives and customers
Assist customers with counter sales and inquiries
Take and process customer orders
Offer advice and details regarding available products
Generate invoices and account statements
Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
Investigate and resolve any irregularities and enquiries for customer statements
Follow-up communications with customers and account representatives
Keep track of office suppliesĀ
Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree required
Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver's license with good driving record required
Excellent customer service skills.
