About the Employer

F.J. White Learning Center serves our students in grades TK-2. Castle Rock Elementary School serves our students in grades 3-5. Woodlake Valley Middle School serves our students in grades 6-8. Woodlake High School serves grades 9-12 students, and the Three Rivers and Seville students join the district. Bravo Lake also serves students in grades 9-12 who need an alternative setting. Woodlake Community Day School serves students in grades 7-12.

Job Summary

The job of "Office Supervisor" is done for the purpose/s of providing clerical support to assigned administrative personnel and/or functions; communicating information to staff, the public, and other districts; orientating personnel to their job requirements; coordinating work activities of office personnel; ensuring compliance with financial, legal and administrative requirements; and providing information and/or direction as may be requested.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Prior management or supervisory experience in an office or school based setting preferred; • Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to supervise, support, and hold staff accountable; • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, including the ability to work effectively with students, families, staff and the public; • Excellent organizational skills and problem solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high volume environment; • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately; • Spanish speaking preferred but not required; • Job description attached.
  • Copy of Transcript (Associates degree or higher at least 48 college units or passing score on the TCOE Instructional Aide Assessment Test))
  • Letter of Introduction
  • Letter(s) of Recommendation (Must provide three (3) letters of recommendation from professional references.)
  • Proof of HS Graduation (or equivalent)
  • Resume
  • Typing Certificate (Minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute (WPM))
