Job Description

Office Specialist, Senior

Under general supervision, performs a variety of relatively complex clerical administrative duties in support of the assigned functional area(s).

This is a non-exempt position in salary grade 155: Min – $29.89 | Mid – $35.51 | Max – $41.13/hour. The starting salary will be within this range based on qualifications.

What You’ll Do

  • Performs a variety of clerical and administrative duties in support of multiple functional areas
  • Collects and compiles statistical and budget data, as well as other information, for special and periodic reports, as necessary
  • Administrates various company programs, including invoice processing for Maintenance and Facilities Contracts, DMV filings, etc
  •  Reviews, adjusts, and maintains documents related to biweekly payroll and personnel for the staff in assigned functional area(s). Compiles payroll and timekeeping data from base locations for assigned personnel
  • Serves as a liaison with the general public, management staff, employees, contracted vendors, community agencies and government representatives, resolving moderately complex questions and problems

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of clerical experience
  • Related classes and/or coursework preferred
