Description

The Office Specialist provides essential administrative and front-office support to ensure the smooth, professional, and efficient operation of Counseling & Recovery Services of Oklahoma, Inc. (CRSOK). This role serves as a first point of contact for clients, staff, and visitors while supporting clerical, data entry, scheduling, and document management functions in a fast-paced behavioral health environment. The Office Specialist plays a key role in maintaining organization, confidentiality, and compliance with CCBHC, CARF, ODMHSAS, and internal CRSOK standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of administrative, clerical, or office support experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and basic office technology.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience in a healthcare, behavioral health, or nonprofit setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
