Job Title: Receptionist / Front Desk Administrator
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (Onsite – 5 Days/Week)
Duration: Contract through 08/31 with potential extension and possible conversion to full-time
Pay rate: $25/hr on W2
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Position Overview
We are seeking a polished, customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees in a professional corporate office. The ideal candidate has prior front desk or administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Manage the front desk and maintain a clean, organized reception area.
- Order office and kitchen supplies, including coordinating Instacart purchases.
- Keep office common areas stocked and organized.
- Schedule and prepare meeting rooms for internal and external meetings.
- Process invoices and reconcile company credit card expenses.
- Validate guest parking upon arrival.
- Provide administrative support to office staff as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, administrative assistant, or similar customer-facing role.
- Experience working in a formal corporate office environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with email marketing platforms or campaign management tools (e.g., Campaign Logic or similar).
- Previous experience supporting a corporate office environment.
