Resource's typical working day: - Ordering InstaCart - Keeping office stocked and clear - Greeting Guests - Paying invoices - Reconciling expenses (credit cards) - validating parking (within the first 10 mins) - Answering the phone - Business Professional Attire is required
Years of Experience needed: 2+ Years of experience is required in a front facing professional role such as receptionist or administrative assistant
Level of Education: H.S Diploma Systems/Software proficiencies: - Microsoft Office Suite experience is required - Campaign logic or create an email campaign experience is preferred
