Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Office Secretary/Runner to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to support our daily operations, streamline administrative tasks, and ensure smooth communication within our organization. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at multitasking, this role is perfect for you!

Duties

  • Greet visitors at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy, managing multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette
  • Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and provide exceptional customer support
  • Manage office supplies
  • Support office management activities such as calendar management and appointment scheduling
  • Perform clerical duties like photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing important documents
  • Run numerous errands each day (i.e. deliveries to job sites and our other location, deliveries to town offices, picking up from vendors and customers, etc.)

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Previous office or clerical experience preferred
  • Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
  • Computer literacy combined with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Valid & up-to-date drivers license
