We’re hiring an Office Representative to join our team in a role that blends customer interaction, sales, and day-to-day office support. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, staying organized, and being part of a team that’s focused on growth.
You don’t need prior insurance experience — we’re happy to train the right person who brings the right attitude and work ethic.
What You’ll Do:
- Connect with new and existing customers to understand their needs
- Assist with quoting and selling personal and commercial insurance products
- Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent pipeline
- Build strong relationships through phone, email, and in-person conversations
- Support clients with policy updates, renewals, and general questions
- Keep accurate notes and activity in our CRM system
- Identify opportunities to increase coverage and provide additional solutions
- Work closely with the team to support office goals and daily operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with customers
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Willing to obtain state insurance licenses (we’ll guide you through the process)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
