Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet clients and visitors, providing a positive first impression of Jennings Financial Advisory Corp.
• Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate team members in a timely and courteous manner.
• Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy, welcoming, and well-organized.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
• Provide administrative support to the team as needed, such as data entry, filing, and copying.
• Assist with maintaining client records and databases.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree is a plus.
• Bilingual is preferred.
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Comfortable answering multi-line phone systems.
