Title:Office Operations Intern (Seasonal)
Location:Orlando - Headquarters Office (100% in-person office role)
FLSA Status:Non-Exempt
Summary:ODC Construction is seeking a reliable and service-oriented Office Operations Assistant to provide temporary support for front desk operations and day-to-day office coordination. This role plays a key part in maintaining a smooth, organized, and welcoming office environment while assisting with administrative and facility-related tasks.
Reports to:Chief Experience Officer
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Act as the first point of contact for guests, vendors, and employees, ensuring a professional and friendly office experience
- Answer and route incoming calls and manage general office communications, including mail and deliveries
- Sort and distribute incoming packages and assist team members with outgoing shipments as needed
- Provide administrative support to leadership, including coordinating meals, shipments, and small office initiatives
- Monitor and replenish office and kitchen supplies to ensure all spaces remain stocked and organized
- Assist with placing and tracking office supply orders for multiple office locations
- Help maintain the overall appearance and functionality of office spaces, including common areas and conference rooms
- Support coordination of maintenance requests and vendor services (cleaning, repairs, etc.)
- Keep basic records organized, including vendor contacts and office-related documentation
- Assist with internal events or office activities as needed
- Provide general administrative and project support to internal teams
- Additional duties may be assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail; Exceptional organization skills
- Friendly, outgoing demeanor with attentiveness to guests needs
- Flexible approach to work; Multitasker with a desire for a variety of tasks and duties
- Affinity for Google Workspace; Proficiency with MS Office
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to ensure all deadlines are achieved
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
- Occasionally lift and move office supplies (up to 20 lbs) with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Work is performed in an office environment with standard lighting, temperature, and noise levels.
