What You'll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and general inquiries
- Manage mail, shipping, and receiving, including tracking deliveries
- Oversee light warehouse operations and organization
- Track and manage inventory levels
- Assist with customer service inquiries (orders, invoices, payments)
- Handle administrative and operational tasks across the business
- Maintain office organization and supplies
- Support internal teams with ad hoc requests and small projects
- Improve basic operational processes as the business grows

What You Bring
- 3-7 years in office admin or operations role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience with shipping/receiving or logistics
- Comfortable handling customer issues
- High ownership and reliability
- Strong communication skills
