PURPOSE

The Director of Marketing will lead the development, coordination, and execution of strategic marketing initiatives designed to increase student enrollment, strengthen community engagement, and enhance the school's brand and visibility.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required; Masters degree preferred.
  • At least five years of experience in marketing and long-range planning required.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Thorough understanding of market developments, marketing strategies, and practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Develops and implements comprehensive marketing and enrollment strategies to attract and retain students across all grade levels.
  • Leads advertising, outreach, and promotional campaigns (digital, print, social media, and community-based) to increase awareness and drive applications/enrollment.
  • Analyzes demographic data, enrollment trends, and community needs to identify target audiences and optimize recruitment efforts.
  • Identifies and develops new market segments, including under-enrolled populations, transfer students, and school-of-choice opportunities.
  • Oversees the creation of compelling messaging that highlights academic programs, extracurricular offerings, and school culture.
  • Collaborates with school leaders and district administration to align marketing strategies with enrollment goals and long-term growth plans.
  • Builds partnerships with community organizations, early childhood programs, and local stakeholders to expand recruitment pipelines.
  • Manages and enhances the school's digital presence, including website optimization, social media engagement, and online enrollment campaigns.
  • Tracks and evaluates campaign performance using data and analytics; adjusts strategies to improve enrollment outcomes.
  • Develops and manages the marketing and enrollment budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum impact.
  • Stays informed on K-12 education trends, school choice policies, and competitive positioning within the region.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
