We are seeking an experienced Office Manager who can run day-to-day operations, keep
projects organized, and ensure clear communication between our team, clients, and field
staff. This role is critical to keeping our jobs moving efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and assist walk-in customers professionally
- Schedule inspections and jobs while maintaining communication with installers
- Manage and update the Work in Progress (WIP) board daily
- Track job progress and coordinate supervisor re-inspections
- Review estimates from estimator before sending to clients
- Ensure materials are ordered and ready
- Handle bookkeeping and financial tracking
Required Experience
- 2+ years of Office Management experience (required)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience coordinating schedules and workflows
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Quickbooks
Preferred Experience
Managing people, QuickBooks, word, excel
